Our field of dreams

We train 3 times a week early morning at the Tabard Rugby Football Club located on Cobden Hill in Radlett, Hertfordshire (WD7 7JN).

We enjoy some fancy outdoor equipment such as kettle bells, tyres and ropes to put your mind and body through its paces!

Our training exercises

Driven by our famous coaches James & Nadia, the exercises include a mix of cardio and strength conditioning.


Our training sessions run 3 times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6am to 7am.
